Scope
Upland Software needed a structured brand system that allowed teams to execute branding consistently across digital, print, and events—without requiring constant designer oversight. The challenge was to build a scalable framework that maintained visual integrity while empowering non-designers to create on-brand assets with ease.
Solution
To solve these challenges, I developed a scalable design framework that streamlined branding across all touchpoints. Using Canva and Microsoft Online, I created flexible templates for marketing and sales materials, enabling teams to maintain brand consistency without starting from scratch. The system also included a full accessibility audit, leading to improved color contrast and typography choices to enhance readability. Additionally, I designed booth visuals, signage, and digital displays to reinforce Upland’s identity at industry events while crafting animations, videos, and product one-pagers to simplify complex messaging.
By implementing a structured, template-driven approach, Upland improved brand consistency, reduced inefficiencies, and made high-quality branding accessible to all teams. The new design system significantly cut down the time required to create on-brand assets while ensuring they met accessibility standards. As a result, the company enhanced engagement at events, empowered internal teams to execute marketing initiatives seamlessly, and fostered a more agile and effective design workflow.
